Dogwood Terrace Neighborhood Center.
Dogwood Terrace is home to families made up of JNCO, SNCO, CGO and FGO rank bands. The two, three, four and five bedroom homes are situated on rolling terrain with large natural areas. Creeks, which flow through the neighborhood, support the abundant wildlife. There are two large recreational parks and several smaller parks located within the neighborhood. The Dogwood Terrace Neighborhood Center opened in March of 2010. Residents of Dogwood Terrace can also look forward to a dog park scheduled to be completed in the near future. Demolition of 280 two-bedroom apartment homes in took place in 2009 and new CGO and FGO homes are being built on the existing slabs.
