Camellia Terrace Neighborhood Office.
Camellia Terrace provides convenient access to the Post Commissary and PX and is within walking distance to South Polk Elementary. The JNCO homes are nestled in the hilly wooded terrain. The two, three, four and five bedroom homes range in size from 950 - 1,569 square feet. Construction of the Camellia Terrace Neighborhood Center will begin in July with completion in the fall of 2010. Four new pocket parks were built in the neighborhood earlier this year.
